Refund Policy

🖤 Refund Policy — Serene Nail Club

Because our press-on sets are handcrafted and made-to-order, we aim to be very clear and transparent about our refund policy.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Size corrections after shipping

Each set is made specifically for the customer based on measurements submitted at checkout.


2. Responsibility for Sizing

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct measurements.

We strongly recommend:

  • Ordering a Sizing Kit, or

  • Measuring your nails carefully following our guide

If a set does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we cannot offer a remake or refund.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will remake or replace items if the mistake is ours.

To qualify:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Issues covered:

  • Cracked or broken nails upon arrival

  • Wrong size due to our production error

  • Incorrect design compared to your order

Issues not covered:

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage after use

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen settings


4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Delayed shipments

  • Missing packages marked “Delivered”

Customers must contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have begun and we cannot cancel the order.


6. Returns for Accessories

Non-custom accessories (glue, files, buffer kits) may be eligible for returns only if unopened and unused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
