Welcome to Serene Nail Club. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disable, or damage the site

  • Copy or reproduce our designs, photos, or products

  • Misrepresent yourself or your payment information

2. Product Descriptions

All press-on sets are:

  • Handmade by independent nail techs in NYC

  • Created using high-quality Apres Gel-X tips and gel products

  • Designed with variations due to the artisanal process

Colors can appear differently depending on screen brightness and calibration.

3. Sizing Accuracy

Customers are responsible for accurate sizing.
We provide detailed instructions and highly recommend:

  • Ordering a Sizing Kit, or

  • Following our nail measurement guide carefully

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for inaccurate customer measurements.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Payments are due at checkout

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products

  • Shopify and its payment processors handle all secure transactions

Your card may be charged immediately upon purchase.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

Our press-on sets are made-to-order. Processing time typically ranges from:
5–10 business days, but may be longer during high-volume periods.

Shipping

  • Shipping times depend on your selected carrier

  • Tracking is provided for most orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses resulting in lost packages are the customer’s responsibility

If the package returns to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for re-shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds (except where noted in our Refund Policy)

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify orders.

7. Risk of Loss

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Serene Nail Club is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays due to weather or carrier error

Customers must contact the shipping carrier for resolution.

8. Allergies & Nail Sensitivity

Our products use professional-grade gel products.
Serene Nail Club is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Sensitivity to adhesives

  • Improper application or removal by the customer

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, product designs, photos, written materials, and packaging are the exclusive property of Serene Nail Club. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
